When it comes to getting fit and in shape, improper diet is the public enemy No.1. It’s a hard part of fitness, especially in the long run.

Don’t get me wrong, trudging on the treadmill before sunrise or squatting your body weight after a hard day of work can be rough.

Even I am a sweet lover that leads me to crave for sugar, but I am able to resist, thanks to two wonderful words “cheat meal.”

After days of strict diet, eating food such as eggs and grilled chicken without spice may make you tired of the same diet routine. It may force you to crave for something sweet.

I used to have cheat meals once a month so I don’t get bored and it doesn’t harm my fitness routine. With my daily routine diet, I have a whole pizza and a honey cake to fulfill my desires of having out of diet foods, just by following the smart cheat meals routine.

But whatever you do, you have to work out and go to the gym to stay fit and healthy.
