It’s a new kind of workout that actually helps out burning body fat and calories to get your dream physique. You only need to work out 30 minutes a day and it’s a combination of both cardio and weight training. Doing this is fun and you will not get bored.

HIIT is still incredibly popular among tness enthusiasts. High-intensity Interval Training includes any short bouts of rigorous exercise, followed by minimal rest time. It increases heart rate and turn workouts metabolic, means you burn fat long after you finish the workout.

HIIT is one of the best ways to burn fat quickly. By pushing your body full force for a shorter amount of time, you’re getting a strength training workout, cardio workout and a full-body workout all at once. I train HIIT 3 times a week and it help out reach the fitness goals.
