The 30 day Dubai Fitness Challenge 2020 consists of exciting fitness events, sports games, wellness-focused entertainment, and an overall buzz that should motivate every Dubai resident to get moving.
Even more, Its aim is to get Dubai up on its feet, getting a little more active and a little healthier and prove that your city is a gym!
By now, many of you will have been upping your step counts, running new personal bests, and experiencing the many free physical and virtual workouts on offer across Dubai. But don’t worry if you haven’t begun your fitness adventure yet as there’s still plenty of time to get involved.
Train across the city
Working up a sweat as part of Dubai Fitness Challenge doesn’t have to cost a thing. With City Is A Gym – presented by Etisalat, there are 30 free workout stations across the city to try including at Skydive Dubai, JLT, La Mer and Arabian Ranches. Simply head to the location, find the Dubai Fitness Challenge stand, scan the QR code, and follow the free workout provided.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge was launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to encourage residents to workout for 30 minutes every day for 30 days. It is organized by Dubai Tourism and Dubai Sports Council, and takes place from October 30 to November 28 with a variety of free workouts to sign up for across the city.
